This project's primary aim was to open up the living spaces and inspire a sense of clean minimalism to an existing plan with a small footprint. All remodeled spaces visually connect to a gracious backyard surrounded by 20' high hedgerow and a sculptural hundred year old oak. A new wall-to-wall window in the bathroom provides an even more direct connection to the exterior. Improvements include new kitchen, bathroom, hall & storage spaces.
